3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Currently, we only offer international shipping to Canada. Please be advised that the customer is solely responsible for any additional customs fees, import taxes, or other duties imposed by national customs authorities.

8belle USA is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged by the carrier during transit. 8. Address Accuracy

9. Delivery Failures & Returns to Sender

In the event that a package is unclaimed, the address is incorrect, or any other factor prevents delivery due to customer error, shipping costs are non-refundable. This includes orders over $100 that initially qualified for free shipping.

  • If a package is returned to our warehouse, re-shipment will only be processed after the customer pays the applicable re-shipping fees.
