8belle USA – Return & Refund Policy
At 8belle USA, we are committed to providing high-quality products for nail professionals. We understand, however, that circumstances may arise where a return or claim is necessary. Below are our policies designed to ensure a smooth and transparent process for every request.
1. Return Authorization Procedure (RMA)
To initiate a return, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact us exclusively through the following electronic channels:

In your message, please include your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return. Once your request is verified, our team will provide further instructions. Please note: We do not authorize return requests via phone. Written documentation allows us to maintain a precise record and provide better service to our customers.
2. Eligibility for Returns

Timeframe: Return requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Item Condition: To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original, unopened packaging.

Exclusions: Items that are used, damaged due to customer error, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return.

Adverse Reactions: 8belle USA is not responsible for individual adverse reactions to product ingredients. Such reactions are dependent on personal genetic and environmental factors and do not constitute a product defect.
3. Defective Merchandise
Any manufacturing defects MUST be reported to us within 72 hours of receiving your order. Upon contacting us, we will evaluate your claim and may issue an RMA or refer you to the product manufacturer for warranty replacement. Once the authorized return is received and inspected, we will determine the best course of action (repair, replacement with a product of equal value, or a refund). Return shipping is at the customer's expense; reimbursements for shipping costs are issued at our sole discretion.
4. Freight and Transit Damage
Damage that appears to have occurred during transit MUST be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Do not open the package unless specifically instructed by our staff. we will notify the carrier and initiate the claim process on your behalf.
5. Shipping Errors
If you believe you have received the wrong products, please contact us immediately. Once we confirm a shipping error has occurred, we will issue an RMA and arrange for a corrected shipment.
6. Delivery Failures
We do not refund shipping costs—including for orders over $100 that qualified for free shipping—if the package is unclaimed, cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, or for any other reason that prevents successful delivery.
7. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items purchased on sale or during a promotion cannot be refunded.
8. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, please email us at: shop@8belleusa.com
9. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
10. Return Logistics

Shipping Address: Products should be mailed to the specific warehouse address provided in your RMA instructions.

Costs: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping may be deducted from your total.

Recommendation: For items valued over $50, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
